Shipping FAQ

1. Where do you ship from?
   All products are shipped from China.
2. How long does it take to arrive?
   It usually takes 10-14 business days from the day it was submitted to China Post. It could take an extra few days to clear customs.
3. Could you mark the package as gift?
   All packages are marked as gift. If the value is quite high, I'll mark it down as well. I understand how frastratd it feels when you had to pay duty when the package arrives (which happened to me a few times already).
4. Which courier company do you ship with?
   I ship with China Post. However, the shipment is done through a shipping company. I live quite far from big post office, so this company will pick up my packages once a week and ship them for me. Usually there's 1-2 days of handling time.
5. Where do I obtain the tracking number?
   I'll update your order status within 1-3 days after package is shipped out. You could log into your account and view the order status. You will NOT receive email updates because I used to receive many bounced back emails due to status update.
6. What do I track my package?
   Most post office, except China Post, have the online tracking system nowadays. You could track with your post office. The package's status sould be updated once it arrive the destination country (10-14 business days after it was sent out).
   The following is a partial list of post office tracking website which I found online:

7. Why doesn't my tracking number show up?
   It could be because the package has not yet arrived your country. It could also be that the post office staff forgot to scan your package (which happens quite often as well).
8. How often do you ship?
   I ship once a week only. I work 5.5 days a week so I don't really have time to ship often.

Postage is calculated by weight. Weight of the items are estimated. The estimation includes packaging weight.
 

Shipping Policies:

1. Packages will be shipped only ONCE A WEEK on Sunday mornings (GMT+08:00).
2. In stock items orders placed before Saturdays (GMT+08:00) will be shipped on the coming Sunday.
3. We take no responsibility for damages and loss of item caused by post office.
4. Back-orders takes longer to process. If you would not like to wait, please do not place orders on pre-order items.

Return Policies:

1. We offer refunds (exclude shipping cost) IF the item received does not correspond to the item description.
2. All refunds claims should be done within 7 days upon receiving the item.
3. Item must be returned in exact same condition.
